CRETA is a fashion film that reinterprets the myth of Theseus and the minotaur’s labyrinth.
Through this myth, el Cardeenal creates the costumes of the hero, the minotaur, and the prisoners of the labyrinth.
In the original myth, Theseus enters the labyrinth to kill the Minotaur, with the help of Ariadne and her thread, with which he would know how to return.
In our interpretation, Theseus enters a labyrinth, without clearly perceiving whether it is external or inside, and without the thread that will show him the way out.
Inside the labyrinth, he walks the path finding the prisoners of the labyrinth, who, far from feeling imprisoned, rather live at home.
From a rider riding a human horse, to an oracle or a group of laughing and estranged fairies, each of the characters is an archetypal avatar of the protagonist himself.
