EXCHANGES

You can exchange items purchased in el Cardenal online store within 15 days of receiving your order. Changes will not be accepted for items with a lower price than the product purchased online.

If at the time the appropriate item is not available for the client, a voucher will be issued for the value of the product.

 

RETURNS

You can return items purchased at el Cardenal online store within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please note that all products must be returned in their original condition, products with signs of wear will not be accepted.

Please return the merchandise to us using the label included in the package. The return expenses will be deducted from the total refunded amount together with the taxes and customs fees generated.

 

HOW TO USE OUR RETURNS SERVICE

· You must ask our customer service elcardenal@el-cardenal.com for the Order Number.

· Pack the items. Please use the original packaging provided to wrap the items you are returning.

Arrange the collection with DHL and send it to us as soon as possible.

· For international orders, deliver this return form to the DHL courier.

· Once el Cardenal has received and processed your return/exchange, you will be notified by email.

If an item is returned to us because a customer refused to pay any import taxes or customs duties owed, el Cardenal will attempt to recover from the customer all costs or charges incurred by el Cardenal. Please note that if the customer refuses to pay customs duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.

el Cardenal reserves the right to refuse any return of items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

Custom or custom items are not returnable.

RESPONSIBLE STATEMENT

Our products are made by hand, minor imperfections or variations in shape, size and color should not be considered faulty.

Color differences, grain changes, wrinkles or markings are not uncommon. Depending on the type of leather, it can show these characteristics in varying amounts, which is part of the beauty of leather and will not be accepted as faulty.
