‘Acordeón’ is constructed from panels that compress and expand through a gathered system regulated by an interwoven cord. The structure folds into itself, generating a variable volume that transforms the piece according to its use.
The unlined body leaves the internal construction and finished seams visible, reinforcing the direct and structural character of the object. The shape remains soft, yet held by the continuous tension of the gathering.
The adjustable strap allows the drape and position of the piece on the body to be modified.
